In my home campaign I have created an expansion to my pre-existing D&D realm. In this new continent a potent drug has been born from combining addictive cave grown mushrooms with unruly magical energy. The result is an incredibly addictive drug that not only gives the user a mind altering high, but also otherworld abilities.
Now I know it still needs a lot of work. Some of the effects aren’t as wacky as I’d like, and I definitely need to work on the wording when it comes to the mechanics. I think this is a great foundation of where this type of item can go. I can see the drug taking many variations that would incorporate very specific results. I’m really excited to see where this goes!
