I think there are many scenarios for diplomacy in D&D. Sometime it requires your character to look a bit dressed up, but maybe they aren’t experienced enough with eyeliner and some blush. Adventurers need to keep themselves up to date on new spells and weapons, they don’t have any time to look up some makeup tutorials on fantasy youtube. For the occasional ball, please consider the Debutants Compact.

I can only imagine the scenarios players could get into using this item. Trying to sneak into a gala in some lord’s house thinking they applied some beautiful makeup, only to realize, via the reactions of others, that they look like a raccoon. I really like the idea of this item. It’s extremely silly and not useful for very much but I would love to see what some people could come up with.
