Sometimes pesky wizards seem to have an endless supply of spell slots, so I figured making something that can turn that glass cannon into a glass squirt gun. I think the DC could be increased, but considering a spellcaster is the target 14 keeps it possible to escape by their own strength but is still challenging. Otherwise I think this could be a really fun tool for players to turn the tide, or perhaps something to use against adventurers to have them run with their tail between their legs.

I think this is a perfect addition to any arsenal and was certainly fun to create for my own players. I hope plenty of you find it useful!
